17/11/2012 AGH awards students at Caucasus University

On November 17th, Mr. Aieti Kukava, CEO of “Alliance Group Holding” has awarded highest achieving three students in the Business Ethics course at Caucasus University. This is the second year that AGM is cooperating with Caucasus University, with the aim of encouraging and motivating students to study corporate social responsibility and business ethics. Students who graduate the course with honors received monetary awards, books on corporate business ethics and an opportunity to complete an internship program at AGM and its parent company with the prospect of future employment.

“We are particularly honored to participate in such an initiative as promoting business ethics among young generation is one of the core directions of our corporate social responsibility. In the modern world, a lot of companies engage themselves in different charity activities, although corporate social responsibility is much more than just philanthropy. Adopting corporate social responsibility means that company takes on-going obligation to fulfill its goals and agenda by upholding to the norms of business ethics, will contribute to the economic development and improving the living standards of its employees, their families and local society, in general. These are the exact principles that we follow. We consider corporate social responsibility a fundamental business goal and primary focus in our daily activities. We believe that by running an ethical business we achieve long-term profit for our stakeholders as well as for our clients, employees and the country,” – declared Aieti Kukava, CEO of “Alliance Group Holding”.
