On March 15, 2012, “Alliance Group Holding” signed the stakeholder group agreement as part of the human and institutional capacity development (HICD) program for the Association of Development and Support of Microfinance Organizations of Georgia (MISO). The development of the microfinance sector is one of the priorities for the company. The stakeholder group brings together representatives of MISO, its members, other key players in the microfinance sector in Georgia, USAID/Georgia, and the HICD PLUS project, to provide input and advice at the major stages of the HICD program’s development, implementation, and evaluation. The stakeholder group will be actively involved in all stages of the program. Based on the memorandum of understanding signed between HICD PLUS and the Association, the HICD PLUS project will implement an HICD program for the Association to increase its capacity and better enable it to perform its core functions. The human and institutional capacity development (HICD PLUS), financed by USAID, is implemented by  Chemonics International.
