On January 28th, 2016 International Black Sea University and Alliance Group Holding, represented by its General Director AIETI KUKAVA, signed the Memorandum of mutual agreement, with consideration of a common aim, agree as follows: Aim of the Memorandum is cooperation among JSC “ALLIANCE GROUP HOLDING”, its subsidiary companies and IBSU, promotion of future leaders’ formation with knowledge of business ethics and corporate social responsibility principles and engagement of young specialists in professional training processes.

The Parties consider that their cooperation in the first place is useful for the society; it provides proper practical training of young specialists and growth of high-standard specialists’ number on the market; For undergoing training it will engage the students of IBSU and provide creation of proper conditions for acquiring professional skills and practical experience for the probation; In case of successful undergoing of the training it will consider the issue of their employment, with the purpose of filling vacancies in the Company; It will allocate monetary award for 3 (three) students having the best results in the subject of “Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility”, which in its turn is allocated according to the following order: Student having the first best result will receive: a) Award in the amount of 600 (six hundred) GEL; b) He/she will be enabled to undergo up to 3-6 (three-six) months’ training at the subsidiary companies of the Company with the perspective of the future employment. Student will be entitled to himself/herself choose a subsidiary company of the Company where he/she wishes to undergo training; c) He/she will be awarded a certificate of gratitude from the Company; Student having the second best result will receive: a) Award in the amount of 400 (four hundred) GEL; b) He/she will be enabled to undergo up to 3-6 (three-six) months’ training at the Company, at any subsidiary company determined by the Company; c) He/she will be awarded a certificate of gratitude from the Company; Student having the third best result will receive: a) Award in the amount of 200 (two hundred) GEL; b) He/she will be enabled to undergo up to 3-6 (three-six) months’ training at the Company, at any subsidiary company determined by the Company; c) He/she will be awarded a certificate of gratitude from the Company; All of three students having the best results will be presented a book on the theme associated with the projects management and will be given awards after completion of a subject.
